1. No cancellations or refunds upon order confirmation.

2. All items are pre-order items unless specified. It generally takes 2-4 weeks for pre-order as most of our products are sourced and imported from overseas. All orders will be dispatched by S.F. Express (Hong Kong) and postage is paid by customers.

In-stock items: expect dispatch within 7 working days.

Pre-order items: expect 2-4 weeks for pre-order, may arrive earlier/ later due to international shipping status. You will receive our notification through email upon the arrival of your purchased items.

4. International address: All our prices are exclusive of taxes and duties outside Hong Kong. Recipients shall be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
