REFUNDS & RETURNS
We are 100% confident about our product quality and our buyers' shopping experience. We do not accept general returns, unless the item(s) you received are damaged during the shipping process.
1. No cancellation or refund upon order confirmation.
2. No refund will be issued due to late arrival / delay in shipment.
3. For damaged or defective items, please kindly contact us via email within 3 days after you received your parcel. Notice later than 3 days will not be handled. Our customer service team will revert within 14 days. If you have not received any reply from our team but have returned your parcel, we have the rights to refuse the parcel and all postages that incurred will be paid by customers.
4. We will only consider return if the items you received is/are damaged. No return/refund if:
- no original tags, labels, packaging
- personal reasons: purchase the wrong item, wrong colour, wrong size, etc
- used/washed/edited items
- more than 3 days after receiving the parcels
- products that are listed as 'no return and refund'
- damage caused in the process of shipping
5. Due to the high cost in shipping oversea, we could not provide any oversea return and exchange service, please take into consideration while shopping with us. Thank you for your understanding.
